BJJ Fundamentals

Ability Level > Compulsory for New Starters / No Pro MMA Fighters

Our Fundamental programme here at CRA is a 12-week rolling syllabus specifically designed to start your BJJ journey. It provides a safe and fun learning environment challenging you both physically and mentally.

All new starters must do a minimum of one rotation of this course before attending any of our other programmes offered. The core principals of this programme is movement and drilling with some pressure testing.

It is true what they say, you are never to good for the basics! This course is open to all students, meaning if you ever want a brush up on some fundamentals of the sport jump back into this programme.

Intermediate BJJ

Ability Level // 2 tag White Belt - 3 tag Blue Belt

The Intermediate BJJ programme is a bridging programme between Fundamental and Advanced BJJ. The purpose of this class is to take the basic principals and concepts that you've learnt in Fundamental BJJ and mix them with harder and more in depth ideas. You will learn broader concept allowing you to start developing your own style of jiu jitsu, there will be plenty of specific sparring and full sparring rounds in this class. 

Advanced BJJ

Ability Level > 3 Tag Blue Belt - Black Belt

Detail is everything in this sport. Advanced BJJ will show you the smallest details on the most basic and advanced techniques often referred to as 'invisible jiu jitsu'. This course is more mentally challenging than physically, as coaches in this class our goal will be to provide you with open concepts, allowing you to apply these to the areas of your own game where they may be relevant.

Competition Class

Ability Level > Unavailable to new Starters/All Levels

The competition class at CRA is a high paced class primarily based on sparring and specific pressure testing. This class is open to both gi and submission grapplers and is highly recommended for anyone who takes competing or fighting seriously. There will be plenty to challenge you both physically and mentally, this is an advanced class designed to push you to the limits. Attending this class is only recommend for people who like to push and test their boundaries.

Live Training

Ability Level > All Levels

Live training is a supervised open mat where students can drill, pressure test or do full rounds of sparring in a safe and controlled environment. There will always be coaches present meaning you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have or potential grab one of your coaches for a roll!
