Brazilian Jiu Jitsu - Fundamentals
This class gives new starters the perfect, comprehensive introduction to the sport of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. The 12-week rolling syllabus is led by expert instructors and covers a different topic each week, focusing on all of the essentials.
Our kids classes are split by age and/or experience so that the class is more tailored to the individual student. They included high energy warm ups, games and drills, mixed with more in depth techniques.
