How do I book into a class? (Current Members)

 

- Follow the link below to make a booking:

- Your customer ID is your initials followed by the first 4 digits of your date of birth (XXDDMM) 

 

- You will then receive a code to your phone and email, make a note of this as it will be the same each time. Classes can be booked up to two weeks in advance.

 

I cannot attend a session, can you cancel my booking?

 

You can do this yourself by logging into your account the same way you would to book a class. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on your bookings, select the class you wish to cancel.

 

Please follow this process if you cannot attend as this will free up a space so that someone else can attend.

 

If you fail to attend without cancelling multiple times your 2 week advanced booking period will be reduced.  

 

Why isn’t my code working?

 

You can only sign in if you have an active membership.

 

If you have an active membership but your code still isn't being recognised, please call us on 01792 986296 so we can look into this for you.

 

Why can’t I see all the classes?

 

You will only be able to view the classes from your chosen plan.

 

If you would like to upgrade your membership to include more classes, or think that you are on the wrong plan, please ask at reception or call us on 01792 986296.

I have been training for a few months, can i now attend your core classes?

You will need to complete a full rotation of our fundamental programme, so that you have the required knowledge to move onto our more experienced classes. If you are unsure or you have missed a session please speak to a coach in class and they can give you some advice on this.

 

Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?

 

You will need to speak to a member of staff to amend your membership in any way, please ask at reception and we can sort this for you.

 

How can I cancel my membership?

 

You will need to speak to a member of staff to amend your membership in any way. Please speak our reception staff so we can arrange this for you. Please be aware we require 30 days notice for cancellation.

 

My child is turning 8, can they go straight into the older age group?

 

Yes, your child can go into the age group above straight away. Please speak to our reception staff if ou have any queries about this.
